    It looks like 'non-leisure pools'!
    What is the weather like that people prefer swimming indoors?

    It was storming and rainy. Which despite popular opinion, other than in droughts is not unusual in a Sydney summer (we are after all almost sub-tropical in location). You also want to be able to swim year round.
